We went to Alpine Meadows in Deming and the trees were beautiful and the prices were great!!
I would like to tell you about the local Olympia Sea Scouts Christmas Tree Fundraiser. The scouts have been in this area for over 40 years. We are writing to inform you of a fundraiser we are holding. Our ship, The Gillespie, Sea Scout Ship 453, is is pretty bad shape. So we unfortunately are going to have to decommission it. We are raising money for a new ship and to pay for Sea Scout dues and expenses through Christmas Tree Sales. We were hoping that we could get a mention of this on your station.

Our Christmas Tree Lot Fundraiser produces a large portion of our budget for the year. Our scouts work very hard to put this lot together and will help you get your perfect tree and load it on your car for you.
60% of all proceeds directly benefit the Olympia Sea Scouts.
This year’s Christmas Tree Lot Fundraiser will go to help us purchase a new boat. In addition, our members use this money to pay for teen’s dues, ship upkeep, ship supplies, sails & repairs, trips (including our 10 day voyage in the summer) and general expenses. This allows our Sea Scouts to participate relatively free of charge.
