- Where: Bellingham Bay/Bellingham Cruise Terminal
- When: December 8, 2008, between 5:30 and 7:00 PM on . The Bellingham Holiday Port Festival and Gingerbread House Contest will be going on at the Cruise Terminal during this time, so the two events compliment each other.
- What: A regatta of yachts decked out with Christmas lights. Well worth seeing to set the old Christmas spirit simmering.
